Gorillaz "DoYaThing" with Andre 3000

Gorillaz have a new single with Andre 3000 and James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem. It's a pretty nice sounding combination (I can't stop listening to it). It is available for free on the Converse website who are promoting a new limited edition Chuck Taylor Gorillaz Converse shoe (interesting). M.I.A's "Bad Girls" Video

The always interesting and sometimes controversial artist known as M.I.A. has a new video for "Bad Girls" which will be from a upcoming album this summer. My only complaint is that this song is not really new (she already gave this one away for free on her Vicki Leekx Mixtape 2 years ago)but is still a great song and always stood out on the mixtape. I'm also not really feeling her choreography for the video. But nobody's perfect, right?

This was so funny to me. Especially the part where Juliette Lewis comes on (he kind of looks like her with that wig on). I've heard girls say each of these things to me at some point. Check it out.

Tin Sparrow "For You"

I heard this song on a TV show and couldn't get it out of my head. It was really haunting me, so I had to look it up to see who sang the song and ended up buying their EP from Itunes. The EP is called "From the Sun" and has 4 tracks (all of which are pretty nice sounding. Just thought I would share.

Little Dragon's "Crystalfilm"

This is a new video by indie electro favorites Little Dragon. It kind of creeps me out with the live scarecrows with creepy human eyes. Good song though. It made me very curious to see where the video was going with the live scarecrows and the little girl. I was thinking something scary was gonna happen (I remember seeing that horror movie from the 80's called "Dark Night of the Scarecrow" where a slain man becomes a scarecrow to avenge his death). Bjork on The Colbert Report

This was really interesting, I love to hear Bjork talk about her music and musical concepts. She really is a musical genius of sorts. She is promoting her 10-day New York concert stint and new album Biophilia. Please have a look (check out her crazy bun hairdo,it looks like yarn).

Beetlejuice 2

I got so excited when I read about this. It is still in deveplopment at this point, but there are talks about both Michael Keaton (the original star) and Tom Burton (the original director) both being involved. It is being written by "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" author Seth Grahame-Smith, who says that he does not want to do this without Michael Keaton as the star of this sequel story which would take place 26 years after the original story. I always thought there was more story there. I think they should bring back Winona Ryder's character "Lydia" just for kicks. I always thought this was one of the most original and exciting stories to this day. The character was so crazy that he would still be up to no good even after all this time. I really do hope that this happens, Michael Keaton would still be fantastic in this part, even after all these years.
