A friend showed this to me, it's sad, but funny at the same time. A must-see. The remix at the end is excellent. I was eating lunch and almost spit out all of my food. Too funny!

Drew Barrymore...

Now don't get me wrong, I love Drew Barrymore. We are the same age, so I tend to relate to her in some ways. I also feel as if I have grown up watching her in movies, but it seems like she keeps making the same movie over and over. Her new film, "Going the Distance" which co-stars her ex-beau Justin Long is the same cutesy date night fare that she has been churning out for the past few years (oh wait! they're dating long distance, that's the difference). Plot looks the same, her and some guy in a romantic comedy with an 80's inspired soundtrack. Just like "The Wedding Singer" "Music and Lyrics" "Fever Pitch" "He's Just Not That Into You" and probably countless others that I cannot recall at this time (they're all basically the same movie). In spite of this redundancy, I still manage to enjoy her performances most of the time. I just think she needs to switch it up a bit and do something else every once in a while. Is that too much to ask?

Machete Trailer

This movie looks completey crazy! We'll see if I can tolerate Jessica Alba and Lindsey Lohan this time around (Ms. Alba usually spells out terrible movie for me). Michelle Rodriguez rocks my world, and how awesome does she look with all those guns and the eye patch. "They've messed with the wrong Mexican!" Too funny. Looks action-packed.

The dumbest video ever...

M.I.A.'s new video for "Illygirl" is so completely dumb, I just can't even believe it. It's just her running down a deserted road and someone running behind her with a shaky camera. It actually makes me nauseous to watch it with all that movement. Why would she even bother with such a stupid video?

Eva Mendes and Cee-Lo in "Pimps Don't Cry"

This made me laugh out loud. It's from her new movie "The Other Guys"
that stars Will Farrell and Mark Wahlberg. Not sure how she got hooked up with Cee-lo, but I thought this was pretty funny.

Erykah Badu's "Window Seat II"

After her bizarre nakedness for the part I "Window Seat" video, I wasn't sure what we should expect for the follow-up video (which is why I always love her). Erykah always manages to be innovative and interesting at every turn. It appears that she is now robbing stores in her new video which features 2 songs, "Window Seat" (remix) and "Get Munny." Cameron Diaz in Japanese telephone ads

Cameron Diaz gets paid a lot of money to do these Japanese TV commercials for a cell phone company called "Softbank." This one was kind of cute, thought I would share it. She apparently looks great in every color, like their phones (I presume).

Oldie, but goodie: Res' "Golden Boys" video

I love Res and feel that she is a great artist that not a lot of people know about. Musically, I think she is difficult to classify (some say trip-hop). This song is several years old, but is still quite good. If you don't know about Res, then maybe you should check her out. She is also in the group Idle Warship along with rapper Talib Kweli and Graph Nobel. Enjoy!
